Hotel Refurbishment
- Every project has its’ own dedicated MII-Vector project Manager
- All MII-Vector team members are always clearly identified as such whilst on-site
- Work to an agreed, detailed, Inventory
- Pack, tag, remove from room; transport to Warehouse Secure Storage
- All items signed in at Warehouse; Store by Room number or Public Area Location/Position
- Client, Interior Designer or Procurement specialist can arrange to view selected items whilst in storage
- Pack, tag, remove from room; transport any items for refurbishment to relevant workshops
- Collect and remove all items for disposal
- On due date(s) collect from Warehouse; deliver to hotel; re-locate in room; unpack, place in situ;
remove all rubbish for re-cycling where possible - Where relevant, receive refurbished items from Workshops; re-locate in room; unpack, place in situ;

New Hotel
- Provide Warehousing with Secure Storage where required
- Receive Supplier’s goods and store
- Deliver to hotel as per Call-Off Schedule
